Free PA/Companion Ticket

A free PA/Companion Ticket is available for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent customers who require another person’s support to access or attend Hockley Hustle.

When purchasing your festival ticket, you will be given the option near checkout to indicate that you require a free PA/Companion Ticket.

After completing your booking, you will receive an email asking for the name of your PA/Companion so that their free admission can be registered.

You do not need to provide medical evidence or disclose a diagnosis to request a PA/Companion Ticket.

£7.50 Step-Free Access Concession

A reduced-price £7.50 Step-Free Access Concession is available for customers whose disability, health condition, impairment or other access-related need means they require step-free access.

Many Hockley Hustle venues have limited or no step-free access, which may prevent customers who require step-free access from experiencing the full festival. We have introduced this concession in recognition of these barriers.

The concession provides general festival admission but does not guarantee step-free access, priority entry or admission to every venue. All venues remain subject to capacity.

Please only book this ticket if you require step-free access. You do not need to provide medical evidence or disclose a diagnosis.

Please check our Access Guide before booking and attending for detailed accessibility information for each participating venue.

If waiting in a queue presents an access barrier for you, please speak to a member of the team at the wristband exchange. We will provide an alternative way for you to collect your wristband without having to wait in the main queue.

Hockley Hustle is a busy city-centre festival taking place across multiple venues in Hockley. Many venues are likely to become busy and crowded, particularly during popular performances and at peak arrival and departure times.

Moving between venues may involve navigating busy streets and crowds, uneven outdoor surfaces, road crossings, and changing noise and lighting levels.

Some venues have limited capacity. A festival ticket does not guarantee entry to a particular venue or performance if it has reached capacity.

We will publish venue-specific access and sensory information supplied by participating venues to help you plan your visit. Please check the Access Guide before attending.

We are currently collecting and checking access information supplied by participating venues. It will be published on this page as soon as it is available.

This will include information about step-free access, entrances and steps, accessible toilets, seating and viewing arrangements, strobe or flashing lighting, and other venue-specific arrangements.

Access provision differs between venues, and some details are still being confirmed. We are working with venues to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. Please check this page again shortly before attending.

We aim to display clear access information outside every participating venue. This will include key information such as step-free access, steps, accessible toilet provision and relevant sensory information. Festival staff and volunteers can also help you locate this information.

A sensory-friendly Quiet Space will be available in the Library at Broadway Cinema, Level -1, accessible by lift, from 12pm until 11pm.

The space is available to anyone who needs time away from the crowds, noise or activity of the festival. You do not need to book in advance or provide evidence to use it.

The space will include:

• Ear defenders.
• A chill-out area.
• Fidget toys and drawing resources.
• Sofas, chairs and tables.
• Charging points for devices using standard UK plugs.

It will provide somewhere to recharge both your energy and your devices. Large signs around the festival will help direct you to the Quiet Space.

The Quiet Space is separate from the festival’s welfare and first-aid space. The nearest wheelchair-accessible toilet is on the same floor, approximately one to two minutes from the Quiet Space.

We are currently reviewing and confirming our assistance-dog information with participating venues. Further details will be published here as soon as they are available.

You can contact us before the festival to report an access barrier or raise a concern. You can also contact us during or after the festival to tell us about your experience, including what worked well and what could be improved.
