We want everyone at the Hustle to be happy, safe and having the best time possible. Here's what's in place. If you have a question we haven't answered, get in touch and we'll sort it.
Quiet space
A sensory-friendly quiet space at Broadway Cinema Library, Level -1, accessible via the lift. Ear defenders, a chill zone and fidget toys. Big signs around the festival will point the way.
Skip the queue
If queues are too much, speak to a member of the team at the wristband exchange and we'll get you sorted without the wait.
Free carer tickets
If you need a carer or assistant with you, they come free. Let us know in advance.
Venue access
Access varies from venue to venue. Full access info for every venue lands with the 2026 lineup.
