Ear plugs

Pick up a pair of ear plugs for the festival

Hockley Hustle is a non-stop party and it can get pretty loud at some venues. If you require ear plugs for accessibility needs, or just want a bit of peace and quiet, you can pick up a pair to take with you round the festival. Ask at the wristband exchange if you need ear plugs.

Wristband exchange & queue skip

Accommodations for those who need. Available from 11am.

We recommend using Broadway Cinema for your wristband exchange, as it is the most accessible venue. This year, there will be two exchange points in total, but Broadway offers the easiest access.

If you need to skip the queue at this wristband exchange, simply let security know it’s for access needs, all staff have been trained to recognise this and will be happy to support you.

Carer/Assistance

Free access for carers – let us know in advance!

No evidence is needed - Please contact our Access lead to state that you will need a Free PA or Carer assistance ticket, and we will put your full name on the list . danny@thehustlecollective.com We aim to respond to all feedback within 5 business days.

On the day

We are proud to collaborate with several accessibility groups across the city and county for this year’s Hockley Hustle festival. This partnership ensures that as many people as possible, including you, can access the festival's fun and feel part of our inclusive community!

On the day, venues will display their accessibility information with posters on the outside. For your comfort and convenience, earplugs are available upon request at the wristband exchange, and if you ask one of the security members there, a queue skip service is also available, ensuring a more accessible experience for all attendees.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss any concerns or thoughts about your day at the festival, contact us at danny@hockleyhustle.co.uk or through our social media. Additionally, we’d love to hear how we did. If you have any thoughts, ideas, or feelings about our services, you can email your feedback or fill out any part of our feedback form. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve. Happy Hustling!
