"We're free of tie and family-owned since 2007, although the pub's been around since around 1832." Eight microbrewery ales, an authentic folk session in the snug every Thursday for 19 years, and an annual free festival of local bands. Today it's the heavy one: six bands from 5pm, sludge, doom, death metal and punk.
